How the HQControl website handles project inquiry information and site visit data.
Information we collect
The HQControl website only collects information you actively enter into the project inquiry form — such as name, company, email, contact method and project or technical description. In the current phase the form is not submitted online; you copy the summary and send it by email or an existing business channel.
How information is used
Project information is used only to review display control hardware approaches, respond to inquiries and progress ODM cooperation discussions. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
Specification files
Specification file uploads are disabled until the confidentiality and retention policy is approved. Do not submit confidential customer material through the website.
Website data
The website is a static site. The hosting provider may record standard access logs (such as IP, timestamp and user agent) for security and performance. The site does not run advertising third-party tracking scripts.

To access, correct or delete information you have submitted, please raise the request through your business or engineering contact at HQControl.
